We just might be saving the last Premier Bride Expo of 2022 to be the best!  Each Premier Bride Expo is packed with traditional and unique wedding vendors.  You will always find photographers, venues, catering, cakes, invitations, wedding dresses and DJ’s at the Premier Bride Expo.  But you can also look forward to meeting new and unique vendors there too!  From coffee bar barista carts to 360 degree photo booths, vintage cars to hair extensions….there is something for everyone.

Typically we suggest that you bring your finance with you to the expo so the both of you can make decisions and talk to your potential wedding vendors.  You might want to consider other decision makers like your parents or best friends.  We do suggest that you keep the number of people to a reasonable and manageable number.  Just remember the more people that you invite, the more opinions you are going to have.  We have found that your wedding entourage also likes to shop and explore the many different types of vendors we have at the expo...like we said…there is something for everyone!

Don’t forget to get your wedding labels.  You can purchase a sheet of 30 pre-printed labels that include your information.  These labels allow you to peel and stick your information on raffle drawing tickets and vendor information forms!  It saves your hand from writing out all of your contact info.  When you go to purchase your tickets, add the labels to your shopping card for an additional $5 per 30 labels. 

Another tip is to make a list of types of wedding vendors you want to chat with or need services from.  Before the expo, visit our blog for the list of vendors who will be coming.  Print off the list and the map and make a plan on who you want to see.  Each expo is only 3 hours.  It gives you plenty of time to talk to vendors if you have a game plan of who you want to talk too.  If you are the beginning stages of your wedding planning process you want to focus on wedding planners, venues and photographers and locking in that date!

The Premier Bride Expo and Premier Bride Magazine has been helping wedding vendors and couples connect for over 20 years in the Northeast Florida area.  Trends often change but the wedding traditions last forever.  One wedding tradition is attending a wedding expo.  Wedding expos are a great way to meet your potential wedding vendors and get a glimpse of their personalities.  It is important to select wedding vendors who you get a long with and the personalities are a match!  You are sharing a very important day of your life with these vendors and making the total experience a great one is essential. 

At the Premier Bride Expo you will find the areas top wedding professionals.  Over 100 of the areas best are under one roof for an afternoon of fun, food, fashion, music, décor inspirations and more.  We suggest that you bring a small wedding party to the expo with you.  It is always suggested that your fiancé come with you along with the other important decision makers in the wedding planning process.  The more people you invite to the wedding expo, the more opinions that you will have to manage.  Some couples can get overwhelmed with a lot of options and many couples find it easier to just go with each other and maybe parents, best friends or siblings. 

One thing we suggest all couples to do before coming to a Premier Bride Expo is to make a list of the types of vendors you want to talk to.  You can’t possibly talk to every single vendor at each expo….so make a list and stick to it.   You can always find the list of vendors and floor plan map on our blog and posted in our events of Facebook the week of the expo.  If you need to meet more types of venders then you were able to talk to at the expo, you can always come to the expo!  We typically have an expo in Northeast Florida every January, February, June and September.

Other resources that are always available to couples looking for vendor information is Premier Bride Magazine.  You can pick up the newest copy at each expo (It should be in your swag bag)!  We also distribute the magazine in over 300 locations from Amelia Island to Palm Coast and everywhere in between.  Bridal dress salons, wedding venues, tux shops, and other brick and mortar wedding businesses carry the magazines.

The Premier Bride Expo is Northeast Florida’s PREMIER wedding expo.  Premier Bride magazine has been helping couples plan their wedding in the area for over 20 years. Tens of thousands of couples haven used Premier Bride magazine and attended the Premier Bride Expos. 

When you attend an expo you get the chance to meet vendors face to face.  You learn about their business, get to see their work up close and personal and get a glimpse of their personalities.   It’s really one of the very best ways to find your wedding vendors.  Many vendors also offer discounts and special deals if you book at the expo or set up a meeting a meeting or appointment at the expo.  We all love to save money and get deals…and the expos is a great place to make that happen! 

When attending an expo here are some helpful tips;

Purchase the mailing labels.  For $5 you can get 30 mailing labels with your information printed on them.  These help you quickly register for prizes and to get more information from vendors

Make a list.  Make a list of categories of wedding vendors you need to speak with.  This will help you find who you want to chat with.

Only bring the major decision makers with you.  The more people you bring the more opinions you have to hear.  It’s great to bring your finance and one or maybe two others.

Buy your tickets online, it will save you money.

Make a day of it.  Grab brunch before the expo or dinner after the expo and enjoy being engaged and the planning process.

Pick up your copy of Premier Bride magazine at the expo.  It’s a great planning source with lots of great articles and tips for planning your wedding.

Go to more then one expo.  You can’t possibly find every single vendor one expo…so go to multiple ones!

Make sure you don’t miss the Premier Bride Expo on February 20 2022 at the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village in St. Augustine Florida.  It’s the last big wedding expo before summer….so miss out on planning your big day!
